| Stingers Coffee was founded in Corpus Christi, Texas. The first store opened on May 25, 2005. Stingers Coffee is family owned and operated. Owners Hobart Weaver, Jim Weaver, and the late Julie Gamache moved from Yakima Washington to beautiful Corpus Christi July of 2004 and began the planning. We began construction at Hamlin Center on February 14, 2005. Construction took roughly 90 days. At which time we put on our Bee outfits and started waving in traffic!! |

| Copperfield Center, our second store, began construction on March 5, 2006. Construction on this store only took about 85 days!!! We're getting faster!! We opened for business June 1, 2006!! Our grand opening we served 1884 drinks!!! That is an average of one drink every 50 seconds!!! Copperfield Center is located at the corner of Staples and Holly in front of Whiskey River. |
